Icon & Symbolism

Pronounced ‘Oh-neh’. One means earth or soil. The soils formed over millennia nourished by the Kaikoura ranges and carried to Whenua Awa by the braided Awatere River make our vineyard unique.
The One icon - the maunga, mountain holding our koru — symbolises growth grounded in permanence and stability.
Our One Pinot Noir expresses the depth and structure of the land, reminding us of our enduring connections as tangata whenua, people of the land.
