Eligibility

• The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who are legal residents of New Zealand.

• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the alcohol brand or Promoter are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period

• The promotion starts 1/10/2024 and ends midnight 8/12/2024.

How to Enter

• Entrants must purchase wine from the Tohu Rewa range during the Promotion Period in any participating store displaying promotion advertising or online at www.tohuwines.co.nz.

• To enter, entrants must fill out the entry form online at www.tohuwines.co.nz/win to be eligible to win.

• There is no limit of entry per person.

• The prize winner must be able to provide proof of purchase in the form of a receipt (physical or photo).

Prizes

• The prize is two tickets for an Air New Zealand Luxury Mystery Break. In more detail,

  • Two nights (Fri-Sun) per person twin/double

  • Return seat+bag flights with Air New Zealand.

  • Luxury 5-star accommodation

  • Daily breakfast and dinner

  • Avis rental car for the full duration of your stay

  • Car park at accommodation provided

• The winner will also receive one thousand dollars spending money only

• There is only one prize available to win during the promotional period.

• The winner will be provided two Air New Zealand Luxury Mystery Break vouchers. It is at the discretion of the winner to book their trip dates.

• The one thousand dollars spending money will be provided as a Prezzy card.

Draw and Notification

• The winner will be drawn on Monday 9th December.

• The winner will be selected by random selection.

• The winner will be notified via email.

• If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of the prize being drawn, Tohu Wines will select a new winner using random selection.

General Conditions

• You must be 18 years or older to enter the competition.

• Prizes are not transferrable or otherwise redeemable for cash.

• By entering this competition, you agree to receive e-newsletters from Tohu Wines.

Privacy

• Your personal information will be collected by Tohu Wines (The Promoter) for the purpose of competition entry, club membership, customer support, consumer insights, and, if relevant, product purchase and billing. With your consent, the Promoter may use your personal information for direct marketing. Suppose you fail to provide the Personal Information that is being requested. In that case, you may not be able to enter a competition, receive a prize, purchase products, deal with your complaint or receive marketing information (as applicable).
